Taste of Soul is a family festival and free to the public, located on our beloved Crenshaw Blvd., between Barack Obama Blvd. and Stocker Avenue. The event attracts approximately 350,000+ mostly African American and others to the event. Don’t forget your appetite! With over 150 various delicious food offerings, you’ll need it!

From Queen Latifah to Stevie Wonder, Chanté Moore, Ginuwine, Doug E. Fresh, Brandy, and Kenny Lattimore, many of your favorite artists have dazzled Taste of Soul.

A Black Cultural Experience fused with diverse cultures and traditions, the largest one-day ‘free’ street festival in Los Angeles is an annual event that attracts nearly 350,000 attendees every year, who visit to experience all things soulful on historic Crenshaw Blvd. every 3rd Saturday in October.

The festival is comprised of the finest local, ethnic, and international food and non-food vendors, electrifying live Gospel, R&B, Jazz, Dance, and local artists concert stages, social & healthcare resources, fun and socially-themed pavilions, renowned local and internationally featured visual artists, curated children’s themed events, and more!
